Bikur Cholim Received 501c3 Status from the Internal Revenue Service



We are pleased to announce that Bikur Cholim of Dallas (“BCD”) has been recently approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Any donations (both those made previously and any future donations) are now considered tax-deductible.

Bikur Cholim of Dallas (“BCD”) is a Texas nonprofit corporation and is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors can deduct contributions they make to you under IRC Section 170. BCD can receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
